This luxurious family dwelling, renovated in the purest Moroccan tradition by Christophe Siméon, a Belgian architect settled in Morocco for several years, opens its gates to visitors since a few months.

Two big lounges with a fireplace welcome you for comfortable evenings and, if you wish to isolate, read, or dream, you will be able to shelter, according to your envy, in the patio’s “b’hou” (small opened lounge), on the first floor gallery’s seat, or in the numerous corners of the panoramic terrace..
The patio, planted with orange trees, true “heart” of the house, changes atmosphere following the rhythm of seasons: a splash pool welcomes you during the warmest hours of the summer, and changes, during autumn, into an elegant and comfortable alcove where you will be able to curl up in the middle of carpets and soft pillows and taste a delicious mint tea..
The great panoramic terrace with its numerous spaces – dining area, sun lounge, large splash pool – is at your disposal from the morning to the evening for breakfasts, intimate or friendly diners, reading, resting….

The tradition wants this suite to be nested out of the center of the house, delivered by its own private stairs. Two pretty rooms, a bathroom with toilets. This Douiria with a Berber touch, organized as a riad, opens on a small covered patio. The rate is for two persons. 20 €uros additional fee per night/person. It is also possible to add two beds for the children who will love to climb the small berber staircase to access their space situated on the mezzanine.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All along the year, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required except from 20/12 to the 4/01 included and during 2009 Eastern holidays during which a booking of one week is required.
Payments accepted in cash : €uros or dirhams. For every payment by credit card, a 4% bank fee will be billed to the clients.
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad Camilia will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date or "no-shows" are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
