As soon as you enter Riad O², you will be seduced by the peacefulness and sobriety of the house.

A subtle blend of elegant oriental curves and sleak modern lines create an uplifting atmosphere, zen with drops of colours.
Fatiha and Hassan will welcome you warmly with mint tea and Moroccan Biscuits.
You will be able to rest on the patio, in the shade of the banana tree, or in the living-room by the fire-place.
We have a wide roof-terrace ideal for sunbathing, having a intimate dinner under the berber tent or admiring the view over Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains.
Our heated Jacuzzi-pool is fantastically refreshing in the summer and very relaxing in the winter, as our Turkish Baths where you can have a nice massage.
Rachida, our in house cook, will prepare for you lovely traditional Moroccan meals.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad O2 will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
