Can I send special requests to the property?
Yes. Special requests should be written in the comments section of the reservation form. Should you have special requests after the reservation is made you can contact the property directly (contact information is included in reservation confirmations).

Do I have to pay the Deposit Guarantee immediately?
Yes. The deposit guarantee is charged to the credit/bank/debit card supplied during the reservation process.

Do I have to provide a credit/bank/debit card in order to reserve?
Yes. Only reservations secured with a valid credit/bank/debit card will be processed. Credit cards supplied at the time of booking must be valid until the arrival date at the property.

How much does this service cost?
Reservations can be made free of charge. There are no fees or hidden costs. Hôtels & Ryads will charge the supplied credit/bank/debit card supplied at the time of booking 20% of the total projected room charges. This is a guarantee deposit and the difference between the total projected room charges and this deposit are to be paid to the property. This deposit is deducted from your total room cost, this is NOT an additional cost to you.

How do I cancel a reservation?
Reservations can be cancelled by going to the website, clicking “My Reservations”, enter the Reservation Number sent to you in your reservation confirmation as well as the email address you supplied during the reservation process.

How do I change my reservation dates?
You must call Hotels & Ryads to change reservation dates.

Are airport transfers included?
Some properties include airport transfers in their room rates. If airport transfers are included this will be mentioned on the property description page as well as in the reservation confirmation email you receive after reserving. If the airport transfer is not included in the room rate you can contact the property directly after confirmation of your reservation (property contact information is included in the reservation confirmation email you receive after reserving).

Is it safe to give my credit/bank/debit card information during the reservation process?
Yes. Hotels & Ryads uses a secured server and supplied information is secure when given via our website. Hotels & Ryads processes credit/bank/debit cards via our partner Paybox. Paybox provides a secure interface and supplied information is safe. Credit/bank/debit card details should NEVER be sent in the text of an email as there is always a risk that information sent in emails can be viewed by unauthorized internet users.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes. Hotels & Ryads charges a cancellation fee of 5€ per reservation for cancellations made up to 15 days before the confirmed arrival date at the property (this is to cover bank processing fees). The difference of the 5€ cancellation fee and the deposit guarantee paid will be credited to the credit/bank/debit card supplied at the time of booking. If a cancellation is made within 15 days of the arrival date Hotels & Ryads will not reimburse the deposit guarantee.

How do I make a reservation?
Go to the homepage “ PROPERTY SEARCH ”
1. Specify the following:

a. City

b. Arrival Date

c. Total Number of Nights

d. Total Number of Rooms

e. Total Number of People

2. Click search button

3. Select the product you wish to reserve from the displayed search results (click details for detailed property information or book to complete a reservation).

a. If you click Details you will arrive on the property description page.

i. To reserve 1 product only, click “Reservations Express”

ii. To reserve several listed products click “select” for corresponding products and then click “book selected rooms”

b. If you click Book you will arrive directly at Secured Reservation Step 1

4. Secured Reservation Step 1

a. Verify that reservation information displayed is correct (property, arrival date, departure date, number of nights, number of rooms, number of people, and room type)

b. You can include special requests/comments for the property in the section “comments”.

c. Complete the reservation form

d. You must supply a valid credit/bank/debit card that is valid through your arrival date

e. Click “Go to Step 2”

5. Secured Reservation Step 2

a. Verify that the stated reservation information and that the customer information are correct

b. Before completing the reservation process you are obligated to read and understand Hôtels & Ryads Terms and Conditions as well as the Cancellation Policy of the property you are reserving. Hôtels & Ryads Terms and Conditions are entirely independent of the property cancellation policy. In order to complete your reservation you must click the box “I accept the cancellation policy of the property and the Terms and Conditions of Hotels & Ryads”.

c. Once you click “complete reservation” your credit/bank/debit card will be immediately charged 20% of total projected room charges as a deposit guarantee. The difference of this guarantee deposit and the total projected charges is due directly to the property.

6. Click “complete reservation” to confirm your reservation

7. A confirmation screen will be displayed that includes your reservation number and details. You should note this reservation number for future reference.

8. Hotels & Ryads will shortly email you a reservation confirmation that will include property contact information as well as a recap of your reservation details and the property cancellation policy.
