The Riad Nejma Lounge is situated in the Marrakech Medina and is comprised of 6 double guest rooms, each with a private bathroom constructed in the traditional Moroccan material tadellakt. Guests are invited to refresh themselves in the swimming pool and to enjoy the calm of the rooftop terrace solarium.

Pure and functional, the Nejma Lounge has chosen to "forget" the televisions in order to transport their guests to another time and to truly experience their Marrakechi adventure without interference from the outside world.

Awake to the sound of singing birds and the intensity of the light shining down on the medina, providing a stark contrast with the bustling activity of another day in the medina.

On the terrace or at the bar, in the shade of the banana trees or near the fire, in your room or at the poolside, you will appreciate the uniqueness of this residence. You are invited to a Festival of Flavors orchestrated by Aïcha, specialising in the traditional art of Moroccan cuisine with her own original twist.

Riad Nejma Lounge is available as a private holiday rental. Six guest-rooms, 5m. (non heated) swimming pool in the patio, terrace and lounge areas are at the disposition of your party. Accommodation includes 6 double beds and 1 rollaway bed is available with an additional fee. Rates include Staff (1 Manager, 1 cook, 2 housekeepers, 1 majordome-night auditor) and breakfasts served daily.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
