Riad : Located in the historical city centers of the Imperial Cities of Morocco, riads were once the ancient palaces or private residences of Sultan princes, aristocratic families, and rich merchants. These magical properties represent and reflect the artisan richness and patrimony of Morocco. Today, these residences have been transformed into boutique hotels and luxury bed and breakfasts and propose excellent customer services.

Hotels & Ryads offers a quality collection of chic yet culturally authentic accommodations to travelers. Our Production Team conducts meticulous searches for properties adhering to a rigorous quality chart and strives to provide an offer that corresponds to all budgets and guarantees a high standard of service and accommodation.

Respect for traditional Moroccan architecture, construction materials and design can be seen in the renovations of all partner establishments. Each residence is unique and has its own special personality that is reflected in its’ original style, whether it be modern, elegant old world or traditionally Moroccan. This diversity of styles contributes to the charm of the collection and gives clients the opportunity to experience and discover the cultural richness that Morocco offers.

The collection includes 70 riads throughout Morocco. Current destinations include Marrakech, Fez and Essaouira. New Moroccan destinations such as Ouarzazate, Meknes, Rabat and Agadir will be launched in the upcoming months.

Rooms, suites and riads as private rentals can be reserved nightly or weekly online with immediate confirmation. Clients pay only a 20% deposit guarantee during the reservation process (with the exception of several properties during high season that require higher deposits).

Hotels & Ryads provides affiliates with marketing tools for integration of our offer (or a selection of establishments) on their websites. Partners choose the manner in which they wish to implement our hotel offer on their website. If preferred, affiliates may list only textual links with unique URLs leading to our website.

Hotels & Ryads provides white label booking engines to affiliate partners at no charge. This white label can be seamlessly integrated on your website.

II.B – CONTENT DATABASE

An export is available that includes all property information for affiliates wishing a more complex integration. Information includes property name, property descriptions, property ID, city, neighborhood, room min/max prices, private rental min/max prices, provided services, cancellation and reservation policies, URLS to individual property pages and mini photos. Currently this export is available in xls or txt format.

Promotional materials such as banners & buttons are available to market the collection on affiliate sites. All you need to do is forward your color codes, and size and weight requirements.

III – COMMISSIONS

Hotels & Ryads offers competitive commissions to affiliates for all effected bookings generated by their site(s). Commissions on riad reservations are rather high in comparison to standard hotels.

Commissions are paid the month following client departure and on a monthly basis for amounts equal or superior to 25 euros. If commissions due for the month are less than 25 euros, this amount will roll over to the next month and you will be paid once your commissions due are equal or greater than 25 euros. Payments can be credited to corporate credit cards or paid by check in Euros.

Our affiliate team will forward you specific information on commission amounts once you complete the form at the end of this section.

IV – REPORTING

Affiliates have 24/7 online access to reporting on commission and reservation status. Statistical information provided includes average commission, length of holiday, average number of travelers per reservation, average number of room nights, average delay between booking and travel dates, client country of origin, percentage of male/female clients, etc.
