The Quartier El Ksour is an area full of secret palaces. Riad Chouia Chouia is an exceptional house. After a long day shopping in the souks, guests are welcome to cool off in the swimming pool which is situated in the central courtyard. This is one of the few riads with a swimming pool.

Located only two minutes walk from Jemaa El Fnaa square, the riad is very central to all monuments and museums. A roof terrace is split into three different levels. The highest terrace offers a 360 degree view over the Medina, the Koutoubia Mosque in the foreground and the Atlas mountains in the background.

Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
