Villa "Dar El Kanoun" is a guest house built in the traditional Moroccan style.

Renovated with passion by its owners and decorated with Moroccan craftsmanship, remarkable because of its diversity, it also has all the modern confort, a large garden, several terraces, two living rooms with open fireplaces as well as a swimming pool treated with ozone.

"Dar El Kanoun" is located approximately 4km from the centre of Marrakech, a 15 minute car ride to the picturesque Jamâa El Fna Square. Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Dar El Kanoun will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
