Riads 'guesthouses' of Fez have to collect the tourism tax upon their guests:
- According to Decree n°1.07.195 of 19 Quieda 1428 (30th of November 2007), in implementation of the law n°47.06 regarding local taxes, effective from the 1st of January 2008, a tourism tax for an amount of 30 dirhams, per people and per night, is established with benefit to Fez city council.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Palais d'hôtes / Spa Andalous will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received more than 72 hours before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 1 night (room rate)
-Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 2 nights (room rate)
-"No show" are subject to a cancellation fee of 2 nights (room rate)
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
