Three spacious guestrooms with private baths are available individually. Alternatively, you may rent the complete riad exclusively with access to four well appointed guestrooms.

The Tamkast is available as a private rental and is comprised of 4 guest rooms and three bathrooms. There are two twin rooms and two doubles. There is a possibility to add an additional bed in both the twin and double room and there will be an additional cost for each additional bed requested. There is an additional fee of 15 euros per person for a third person, etc. / per night in low season and 20 euros during high season.

Tourism taxes (generally not included in the room rate).
Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
