Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking policy
- Stay minimal one night.
- Credit card Visa and Mastercard valid.
- Bail: 30% calculated on the total amount of the reservation debited in credit card in occasion of the reservation.
- Payment of the outstanding balance at the hotel.
Cancellation policy:
The conditions of cancellation adopted are following:
- 21 day before arrival: bail refunded deducted of 25 Euros penalty.
- from 21 day until the arrival: 100% - the bail will not come reimbursed and will come debited in credit card ulterior a 80% calculated on the amount total of the reservation
