Riad Alma is organised around two patios. Clementine trees ornate the first one. The second patio, with its swimming pool and outdoor living room (bhou), invites you to sit down and relax.

The perfect organisation of our Riad, makes it easy to circulate between the different living rooms, patios and bedrooms (equiped King size's beds), without stepping outside. Riad Alma proposes a “homely” experience, while respecting everyone’s privacy.

The whole Riad is decorated with taste and sophistication, and benefits from a high level comfort, including central heating, air-conditioning, satellite TV, flat screen, DVD, WiFi and individual safety.

Riad Alma is located in one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Marrakech : the Kasbah. Between the two royal palaces, not far from the renowned Saadian tombs, Riad Alma is easily accessed either by taxi, by foot or by chaise. If you prefer arriving by car, a supervised car park by the city wall, 300 meters away from the house, can be reserved at your convenience.

All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, including pollen filters, responding to the highest environmental standards. Wintertime, Riad Alma enjoys the comfort of a central heating system. Tourism taxes (generally not included in the room rate).
Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad Alma will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.

A 5% extra cost will be applied for payment made with credit card.
