- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

During High Season (21/12 through 08/01 inclusive), the riad applies the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations received from the time of confirmation until 20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of projected room charges.

Cancellations received within and up to 20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of projected room charges.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
