The Dar Hanane is a beautiful and traditional riad, located in the Kaat Bennahid quarter, within walking distance from the Medersa Ben Youssef. Situated only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Jemaa El Fna plaza, this riad provides guests with a serene environment and offers spectacular views of Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains.

This Moroccan residence is comprised of four rooms and two suites (all with private bathrooms) that open onto a shaded, private patio. Two of these rooms are located on the ground floor and three on the second floor. On request, two double rooms can be converted in twin rooms (2 single beds).

Guests have access, with a fee, to tennis courts in La Palmeraie. Quoted rates are based on double occupancy and there will be a charge of 25 euros/night applied for each additional guest staying in the room.

The Dar Hanane is available as a private rental and can accommodate 12 - 16 people. Accommodations include 4 double rooms and 2 suites, all with private bathrooms. Bedding can be arranged as 6 doubles + 2 twins or 6 twins + 4 doubles). Communal spaces include the patio, a living room with a fireplace. A staff member will be onsite to look after your group. Rates are for 12 people (Breakfast included), though additional bed can be added for 4 person for a supplement of 25 euros per night.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

If clients wish to pay their room charges with a credit card they will be subject to a 5 % service fee (tax charged by Moroccan Central Bank).
