Dar Malo is an elegant Dar in the very purified decoration, situated in the heart of Bab Taghzout's district, one of the most authentic districts of the Medina of Marrakesh.

Restored in 2005, this house is traditionally equipped with 4 rooms (3 of them with privative bathrooms), a magnificent patio and a big terrace with sight on the Atlas mountains. All the rooms and suites have a double bed.

The situation of the house allows you to walk easily up to the place Djema El Fna through the souks (12 minutes on foot). You are also very close to the Medersa Ben Youssef and profit from a direct access to make easier the night roads.

Nizza, the cooker of the riad, will not leave you indifferent by its knowledge to mix spices, and offer you a real gustative delight.

The breakfast and the supper (on request) will be served in different places in the house as the patio, the bhou, the lounge, or the terrace.

For safety reasons, only the clients of the house could stay at the Dar Malo during their stay.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Dar Malo will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
