• The Dar One is a riad renovated with passion and originality that harmoniously combines design, modern comforts and the charm of old riads. A haven of peace in the heart of the medina. The hotel, of modest dimensions, conserves impressive elements, like the wooden structure of old. The originality of this riad resides in the mix of old materials with contemporary elements, like leather, alcantara or brocaded velvet. The illumination has been especially cared for, and the thick curtains give it a chic, 70s touch.

• The rooms and suites of the Riad Dar One, with natural beige, chocolate or aubergine colours, give off an atmosphere of calm and serenity. They are all equipped with air-conditioning and heating and some even have a chimney. One can solicit a television for the room, although the riad also has one in the lounge. On the terrace solarium, long leather banquettes have been harmoniously placed so you can soak in the rays of the Marrakesh sun. Don't hesitate to prolong these moments of pleasure and rest in the patio's swimming pool.

• The Riad Dar one is found in Mellah, the old Jewish neighbourhood of Marrakesh, 80 m from the gates of the Bahia Palace and some metres from the Djema-el-Fna. Transport to and from the airport is organized by the riad, thanks to a private shuttle or a "grand taxi". If you are arriving by your own means, the hotel staff will accompany you from the Bahia Palace to the Riad Dar One.

19m² 1 Double bed Room situated on the ground floor, with access to the patio and the fountain. Decorated in a sober style, very zen, in tones of natural tadelakt, its leather furnishings and aubergine-coloured alcantara, play harmoniously with the lampshades. The chimney they have is very useful when the temperature drops. The bathroom is endowed with beige marble wash basins and an enormous bathtub made of tadelakt, the same sand color as the walls.

17m² 1 Double bed A very cosy room. The chocolate-coloured tadelakt walls enhance the honey colour of the alcantara of the bed's headboard and the night tables. The baroque styled copper chandelier gives the room a psychedelic and elegant touch at the same time. Thick curtains of golden brown silk cover a heavy forged iron door that opens to the hallway of the first floor. The bathroom has a large tadelakt bathtub. The modern lampshades contribute to the ambiance with their honey tones; it is completed by old Moroccan lanterns.

The bathroom, also very high-ceilinged (in tataouis), presents an ample wash basin made of black marble and an enormous bathtub

Riad places at your disposal a guard to assist you as well as a cleaning lady-cooker (lunch and dinner on request). Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.
