In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad Asmitou will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
An old residence completely restaured into a true riad, with 8 rooms where architecture and modern comfort give an impression of real new surrounding.
The house kept the old columns, stoned arcades and cool archways.
The beautiful lights give to the riad a touch of Moroccan Design that makes the traditional materials show up so well!
Strolling around the souks, going for a ride in a barouche, going to the beach, all this is easy from the riad.

| The reception and the service were excellent. There were only two things: the shower was cold and the bed was quite unconfortable. Otherwises, we really enjoyed our stay at Asmitou ´:) | ||

| It was one of the cheaper riads we had booked during our 2 week holiday but it was by far my favourite. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful from arranging a hammam (reasonably priced)to offering to get food for my ill boyfried (no cost). The breakfast was beautiful, the room was perfect and the mint tea on arrival was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend. Only possible downside - is the sun terrace didn't have the best of views but we were far too busy exploring the town to mind about that. | ||
