The Riad is unusually large (1000m2) with 11 rooms and suites, all en suite with central heating, Wifi and a safe-deposit box. Some of the rooms have an open fire.
The architecture of the Riad is quite unique, with nooks and crannies, terraces, alcoves and salons, ensuring an intimate, harmonious and restful ambiance for all our guests.

An oriental restaurant offering rich flavours of Moroccan cuisine awaits you on the ground floor, overlooking a large (100m2) and leafy Andalusian patio. Among the salons also bordering the patio is a TV room and a comfortable salon with bar and open fire where you can have a drink in peaceful surroundings.
On the first floor you will find a reading room, and a skylight dome filling the room with amethyst glints – a perfect place to relax.

Upstairs, you will find a large tree-lined terrace on several levels with a solarium and an emerald swimming pool, heated or cool depending on the season.
It’s the ideal place for breakfast or grills at the barbecue where you can enjoy the splendid view over the roofs of the old town.
After a day visiting the town or playing a few rounds of golf, you can relax in the tadelakt-walled hammam with amber filtered light from the vaulted ceiling.

A special treat for men: you can discover the delights of an old-fashioned shave expertly performed by our barber.

The suite is near the entrance to the Andalusian patio. Entering a small television room, you will notice a banquette which can be transformed into a bed. - Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad Kalaa will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
