A historical Fassie residence, the Riad des Oudayas invites you to experience Oriental hospitality at its’ finest. Situated on Ziat hill, only steps away from the Boujeloud Square and the Batha Plaza and Museum, this establishment promises to make your stay in Fez an unforgettable one.

Guest quarters and communal spaces areas are constructed around the central patio that serves as the heart of the riad.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the Moroccan salon with a fireplace, central patio, hammam and the rooftop terraces that provide spectacular views of the Fez Medina with the Zalagh and Rif Mountains providing a magnificent backdrop.
One suite with a private salon and bathroom overlook the central patio.
Three additional suites with private salon areas and bathrooms (one of which has a fireplace), are located on the first floor.
Two suites with private salon areas, (one of which has a fireplace), bathrooms, and private terraces are situated on the second floor and overlook the historical Fez Medina.

The cuisine served at the Riad Les Oudayas is prepared with care and passion. Not only is the cuisine delicious but only organic ingrediants are used.

Clients have access to a swimming pool outside of the medina.

- According to Decree n°1.07.195 of 19 Quieda 1428 (30th of November 2007), in implementation of the law n°47.06 regarding local taxes, effective from the 1st of January 2008, a tourism tax for an amount of 30 dirhams, per people and per night, is established with benefit to Fez city council.

Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
