In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Oasis Jena will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.

Oasis Jena offers 6 charming Douria (small house in Moroccan language), situated around a large swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, its restaurant ans its bar outside. The guest house is equipped of Wifi. Beautiful pool, 25mx8m, with beaches covered with several inches of water for sunbathing, sunbeds, and too a lot on-site distractions (table tennis, badminton, petanque, bay foot, …) Oasis Jena’s team also offers on-site massages and beauty cares, possibility of baby-sitting, dry cleaning and/or laundry, rental cars, tours, quad riding around Marrakech… Nearby Horseback riding and golf You want to organize an event, we will study together the different available services.
