| We found the Riad a clean, comfortable and welcoming place. The staff were very good: from Abdel - the 'manager' - to the waiter and the excellent young cook who did the evening meal. Our room was kept clean and tidy every day. I would have no hestiation in recommending this hotel to friends and family. | ||

| The staff was welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. The location of the Riad is a perfect distance from the square and main attractions and the interior was quiet and clean, like an oasis. There was geniunely nothing about our stay that was unpleasant. In fact, it was among the highlights of our entire week in Marrakech. | ||

| We were met at airport with no problems and suggest all do same as Riad is difficult to find 1st time, far off street in narrow ally. After getting settled-in the short walk to taxis or into souks and center square is short and easy. Wonderful greeting and service- our dinner meal prepared at Altair was one of best we had on trip. (be sure to bring your wine for meals from outside Medina as Altair has none and none sold in Medina) Bed linens very nice and courtyard and roof terrace pleasing spaces. Price was a bit high compared to others not on-line but not bad and all representations of Altair were met. | ||

| Location is difficult to find because it is placed in a narrow (spooky) dead end and there is no sign at the start of the alley to the riad. | ||
