| We had a really nice stay at Riad O2! And is a good value for your money. Nontheless I think there were two disappointing things, the splash pool wasn't heated when we were there. So it was really cold (also because it is 'hid' inside) and we couldn't enjoy the pool. And the shower of our room (chewing gum room) was really bad. It didn't mix warm and cold water properly and you had to hold it because there was no small holder to put it in. But then again the shower was so hot sometimes (because it didn't mix the water properly) that it was too hot too hold... | ||

| The Riad was a little oasis. It was relaxing, friendly and very welcoming. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. It was an amazing experience. I will come back again. | ||

| Absolutely loved it there - a haven...a little paradise! Staff could not have been more helpful or done enough for us and we felt like we were staying with family. Would reccommend to others without reservation and definately stay when I go back to Marrakech. | ||

| We hired the entire riad in July 2010 and throughly enjoyed our stay. The Riad is beautiful and the service provided by the housekeepers was excellent! They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect and suggested places to eat/visit etc. Although the jacuzzi ws broken on arrival they had this fixed promptly. The only negative factor is that we had problems with the air con in several bedrooms and this was not looked at even when requested several times. Apart from that the riad was perfect for our stay and the perfect location to explore marrakech....would love to go back! | ||

| When we arrived, the builders let us in. The room was not ready in fact we could not stay there the first night as the place was closed. Luckily I had the number of Riads company and they arranged for the manager to come down. He found us a better place for the first night and it would have been better if we had stayed there. The splash pool didn't heat up properly and also there was a lot of noise going on in the day/early evening when we wanted a nap. Not my best stay in a Riad in Marrakech and I have been several times. | ||

| I found the Riad hard to find, but I think that's more because of the medina than the riad. | ||

| I loved the simple yet classy and individualised decor of 02 Riad. The breakfasts and dinner was tasty and satisfying and service personal and good. I felt right at home and especially relaxed because it was so quiet and peaceful. I wish it was nearer to the main square but nevertheless, would still recommend the Riad highly. | ||
