| Pretty little road with friendly helpful staff. The rooms were clean and tidy. Lovely meals in riad when requested. Hammam was an experience never felt so clean. Don't bother to have a spray tan if you are going to try the hammam. Located right in the souks and just a few minutes from the main square but really quiet and cool inside the riad. Great time sunning ourselves on the roof area. Definitely recommend to others | ||

| The stay at Riad Quenza was excellent, nice premises and very friendly staff. There was some confusion on leaving about the amount of money still outstanding which took the edge off of the stay somewhat. Money was sorted out in the end and overall satisfaction was good. Breakfasts excellent | ||

| On the whole we enjoyed our stay, the riad is beautiful and decorated well. However being on the ground floor meant that we were not able to sleep in past about 7am because people started to eat breakfast in the internal terrace area and it was very noisy. Obviously this is part and parcel of staying in a riad, but shoud be something that is pointed out to people when they request which romm to stay in. Also the lighting in the bedroom and bathrooms is bad, and you could do with a mirror in the bedroom too. | ||

| The staff, Mostapha and Raja, were great. Laid back and made you feel at home. Their english was ok. We stayed for 10 days and the riad became our second home. We only ate dinner there 2 times, but it was the best food we ate in Marrakech. The hammam was a nice touch and we used almost every day. VERY central in she souks, perhaps a little scary the first time we had to find our way home after the souks had closed, but it was ok. | I cannot say enough about how welcome we were made to feel from the day we arrived and how accommodating our hosts were - they especially baked a cake for us on our anniversary day and set a special dinner by candlelight in the evening - it was very personal and touching! We were taken for a short tour of the area to get a feel for it, provided with maps, collected and delivered from the airport and only felt relaxed, welcome and entirely at home. Certainly, there may be other places with more 'bling', but in our experience Riad Quenza is where you can feel truly comfortable, relaxed and looked after. | ||
