In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad W will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.

Riad W welcomes all hedonism enthusiasts.
Entirely renovated, Riad W kept the dimensions and the most beautiful elements of the house which had been built several centuries ago on the premises. However, the house was the subject of an architectural revision which is resolutely contemporary.
The riad's W spirit is to transcribe in the modernity all which makes the charm of the old Arabian-Andalusian palaces (patio, terraces, pond and fountain, menzeh and craft materials) while bringing volumes and lighting effects which gives a particular soul to the house.
The decoration is voluntarily plain and gets away from all ideas of pastiche.
The house is composed of a large lounge and dining room, a patio around which a Moorish type lounge, an outdoor lounge and a splash pool are based on.
Upstairs, in the two wings of the house, 3 double rooms and a Junior Suite. Each one with private bathroom and air-conditioner.
And two solarium terraces overlooking the Koutoubia.

| The owner is extremely friendly and obliging. The owner asked if we wanted a taxi and booked to the airport and booked this on our behalf. The staff were warm and friendly. It was a charming place to stay and we would recommend this place, if fact we are looking at staying there again ourselves. | ||
