In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :

Cancellations received 15-21 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 7-15 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.

Cancellations received 0-7 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
