The Imperial Suite with a surface area of 200 square meters, it consists of two double bedrooms with king-size beds, a huge lounge with dining-room, satellite-TV,DVD,VCR, telephone with rapid line for Internet access, mini-bar and wine cellar, dressing-room,and large furnished terrace giving on the garden, the ramparts and the swimming-pool. Paintings by masters, the finest materials and choicest furnishing makeit a dream come true. One of the two bathrooms is equipped with a Jacuzzi, the other with a hydro-massage shower.

Three in number, they are equipped and decorated for a maximum comfort: one contains two bathrooms, the second a spacious terrace and the third one a separate lounge. They are immense in size, warmly welcoming and fitted out with the finest materials. Organza for curtaining and silk velvet for seating and coverlets, complementing to perfection the gleaming cedar of the Moroccan woodwork. Lounges and bathrooms are euipped in the same way as those of the imperial suite.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received 0-7 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.

"No show" : cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.

For the year end period, a stay minimum 5 nights is necessary, and the dinner of New Year's Eve is obligatory (190€/pax - 95€ for children from 4 y.o to 11 y.o).
