The OCEAN VAGABOND GUEST HOUSE is located at one hundred meters from the beach and two hundred meters from the medina of Essaouira. You will discover this beautiful residence in a place of calm greenery and restfulness.
Immaculate rough-cast white, with fair Salted stone framing the windows and vertical edges. The interior and exterior architecture is curved, rounded doors and windows, the stair-well, the corridors that curve to serve all the rooms, the mezzanine in the living room, all as if posed on a wave. Its garden and swimming pool await you for your moments of relaxation and idleness. The modernity of the glazed openings, break and at the same time emphasize the architecture. The panoramic windows allow lines of light in all the living rooms and the mezzanine makes it possible to have some five meters under ceiling.

In the interior, comfortable furniture and charming simplicity, noble materials and sobriety of the elements: the stairs, doors and the rest of the woodwork are done in Iroko, while marble and tadlakt in the bathrooms complete an environment scented by the hotels cedar furniture.
To perfect this sensual experience, on the other side of the garden in a space of eastern beauty, we offer care for the body in the form of massages and traditional baths.

Finally to prolong the guest house reception to the sea, a restaurant and a nautical base on the beach, provide visitors with healthy food and the possibility of practicing several water sports as well as a sheltered area ideal for sunbathing and socializing.

- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the property category, 8 or 11 dirhams per people per night. That tax is collected by the properties and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Ocean Vagabond will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 16-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 02-15 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-01 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
